What’s the REAL Truth Behind Apidexin?
If you’re chowing down on too much chowder, there are diet pills out there that claim to be able to help. Apidexin is one such diet pill that comes with all the promises to help you eat less food, reduce your body fat, and improve your metabolism. But, is Apidexin like all the other diet pills out there that don’t deliver?
Eating less, reducing body fat and improving your metabolism certainly are 3 important factors of an effective diet pill, so Apidexin pricked my interest. I’ll go over what I found out about the ingredients, side effects, and pricing and help you better understand whether or not Apidexin sets itself apart from other diet pills.
What Ingredients Are in Apidexin?
Apidexin manufacturers use a blend of natural ingredients to help you lose weight. I like mid-sized formulas like these because ingredients are usually at the right quantities to work synergistically without crowding each other out.
However, the quality of the ingredients matter just as much as the quantity, so let’s take a look at the Apidexin formula.
Irvingia gabonensis is one of the prime players in the weight loss industry. This extract increases the body’s natural temperature without side effects, resulting in fat breakdown. According to a 2008 study published in Lipids in Health and Disease, obese women taking irvingia gabonensis lost an average of 28.1-pounds. That’s 26.6 pounds more than the placebo group.
Malic acid is essential for ATP production, our body’s energy source. It increases the body’s ability to make ATP more efficiently, even under low oxygen, or hypoxic conditions. According to Dr. Daniel Peterson, patients who supplemented with malic acid experienced an improvement in energy levels.
Caffeine is a mild stimulant common in most diet pills. Once it enters the bloodstream, caffeine raises the body’s temperature and starts to break down fat. Caffeine anhydrous has had most of the water taken out of it to increase absorption, but the effects are the same as regular caffeine.
Raspberry Ketone alters lipid metabolism in white adipocytes (fat cells). Studies show raspberry ketone increases norepinephrine-induced lipolysis (fat burning), making it especially effective for treating fatty liver and obesity. In a 2005 study, researchers found subjects who supplemented with raspberry ketone experienced a reduction in body weight and hepatic triacylglycerol content despite their high-fat diet.
Will There Be Side Effects?
Most diet pills are notorious for side effects, but Apidexin doesn’t seem to be too big of a problem.
In fact, the only trouble ingredient I see here is caffeine. Caffeine can cause jitteriness, nervousness, headaches, and insomnia. These aren’t severe, but to avoid most of the effects, I recommend drinking between 8 and 10 glasses of water a day and avoid taking Apidexin before bedtime.

Im a 26 year old girl, I moved countries and in the process of job hunting and moving I put on more weight than I would care to measure 15-20 pounds. I ordered three months supply and I’m excited to get started. I also drew up a strict but realistic eating and exercise plan to not only help with weight loss but get me back to a healthy relationship with food and back into exercise. I get very discouraged when I’m dropping 1-2 pounds a week so that’s why I feel I need this push and I feel that if I’ve spent money and I’m taking a pill everyday that it will keep me on track. I will track my progress and want others to join me, its great to experience and go through this with people who are further along and people who are right there with you. I will report back after my first week. Well done and good luck to all out there.

I started taking apidexin three weeks ago when I started I was at the weight of 178.5 at the age of 24 looking at my bmi on the internet i was obese. When I started taking the pill for the first week i was feeling very sick I had really bad side effects but after 3 days seemed to get better. I then started to get so hungry i would always eat in the morning after my pill so i ccould take my vitamins also then i would eat lunch after my pill and by dinner time i was not hungry at all. I was a very un active person i would walk but that was about it. Now i have the energy to work out every other night and go hiking every sunday now that the weather is getting nice. I love this pill absolutely I recommend everyone take it. I love it and I am happy that I am starting to get to the weight that I was in high school…after about three weeks I am down to 173.5 and i feel wonderful gonna keep it up and keep losing more weight get back on here after a couple more weeks to document how much i have lost then.

I am an emotional eater and I have tried almost every new diet pill out there to help me control my eating. I have been taking Apidexin for almost two weeks now, and I don’t eat when I’m bored or upset. I have also lost 7lbs and almost 15 inches off my whole body. I have never written a review about a diet pill before, but this pill definitely deserves one! I am active duty military and keeping my weight down is an everyday part of life for me. Oh, and no side effects for me!

So been taking apidexin with green tea, and having 2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch an a paleo style dinner, results are incredible, in 6days I’ve lost 13.4 lbs. I’ve lost weight with a 2 shakes a day type scheme but nothing like this. (oh and paleo is a unprocessed low carb style of eating)

Never thought that I would be the type of person to buy a diet pill, let alone use one avidly. My friend got me hooked on Apidexin and it has helped me lose over 20 pounds and counting.

I used Apidexin for about 4 months when I bought a 6 month supply. I bought it to lose what I thought was my “baby weight” after having my son. I was not breastfeeding since my supply dried up, and I was going to the gym, and was on the 17 Day Diet (book) as well. I was 135 lbs. before I had gotten pregnant, and 6 hours before birth, I reached 194 lbs. After I had my son, I lost some of my baby weight rather quickly, but wanted that extra boost. I ended up losing the 60 lbs. within 4 months with the help of Apidexin. I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in NO time. This diet pill is amazing.

Not sure about this yet. I started it last week. I actually feel hungrier . I started taking 1 for the first 2 days. Wanted to see how jittery it made me.
I have been taking 2 a day. For about 3 days. So this is day 5. Nothing exciteding to report as if yet.
See what happens in a few more days. I’ll change my rating as I see how it goes. But so far more hungry. No energy level clang as some mentioned. No loss of weight in 5 days. I drink a lot of water and walk every day. I am very active as much as I can be. I try to eat healthy too. So time will tell

Completed one bottle and am on the 2nd.No noticeable loss. I eat healthy and walk every day. Most I lost was 5 lb but I cannot say that was due to this pill. Gained it back. I will finish the 2nd bottle buy won’t get it again as I don’t believe it works.

I’m more of a seeing is believing type of gal, so I did not weigh myself before I tried this pill, therefore don’t really know if i’ve lost any pounds. But, I’ve been on it for almost 3 weeks and I haven’t seen any noticable difference in my body. I will say it has totally curbed my appetite though, and I do find myself with a bit more energy. I have been eating healthy and getting exercise. Slightly disappointed that I havent noticed any changes, but I will continue to take it till my two bottles are gone and see how I feel/look then.
